- Buy only the data you need. Unused data does not roll over. Estimate your daily usage (streaming, maps, messaging) and choose accordingly.
- Use local plans for single-country trips. Local plans are almost always cheaper than regional or global equivalents for single-destination travel.
- Check the validity period carefully. A 7-day plan that starts on purchase date may expire before your trip ends if you buy too early.
- Compare cost per GB. Larger data packages usually offer better value per GB than smaller ones.
- Consider a regional plan for multi-country trips. If you are visiting three or more countries in the same region, a regional plan is usually more convenient and may be more cost-effective.

Billing and Refunds
Billing for Airalo plans is handled entirely by Airalo Pte. Ltd. AireloHub does not process payments or have access to your Airalo account. The following information is provided for general guidance only.
- Payment methods: Airalo accepts major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and selected digital wallets.
- Currency: Airalo charges in USD. Your bank will convert to GBP at the prevailing exchange rate.
- Receipts: Airalo sends email receipts automatically after purchase.
- Refunds: Airalo's refund policy applies. Generally, refunds are available for unused plans that have not been installed. Partially used plans are not eligible for refunds.
- Disputes: For billing disputes, contact Airalo's customer support via their app or website.
